How many times can I send my email ads?
As long as you have points in your account, you can sent out your
email ads as often as necessary. However
sending the same ad campaign over
and over again in the same day or same week will be considered
spamming our members. Please be considerate and prudent when trying to
promote your business.
How does Email Bounce Feature work on
this safelist?
After your email bounces 3 times, your
account is put on vacation until you login, change your email account and
revalidate your safelist account.
How does a points-based
system safelist work?
When you sign up for a membership, you automatically receive an
amount of points to get you started. The amount of points is
determined by the membership level you sign up with. Free
members are offered 20,000 free points. PRO members are offered
40,000 and Platinum members, a whopping 100,000 free
points. Points are added and deducted from you account, depending on
frequency of usage. If your account runs out of points you will not be
able to send out your email ads. You can either earn them or them at a
reasonable price. Purchase details are found in your member area.
How do I earn points?
Besides the initial free points you have several ways to replenish
your account according to your membership level.
1. Read emails: By reading and clicking the link found
at the bottom of every members' email ad
2. Visit links: By visiting advertisers' websites and staying
for a pre-determined amount of time.
3. Referrals: By promoting this safelist to others and having
them sign up.
Advertisers Link Email
As a member of Canadian Business Safelist, you can promote your
business even more by purchasing advertising link emails. Click
here to sign up for an Advertiser's Account. There is no charge
for having an Advertiser Account. There will only be charges if you
place an order.
As a member you earn more points by visiting other members' links.
In order to benefit from this feature, advertiser links require
you to have an Internet Browser that support Frames. If your browser
doesn't support them then you will not be able to access this feature.
You can choose not to receive 'Advertiser Link Emails' without
affecting in any way the status of your membership. To Opt-Out from
'Advertiser Links' mailings just click on the link below the

Why can't I login? HELP!!
If you are unable to login the member area, then it must be for the
following reasons:
--Wrong username or password - Try Again!!
--Your Account was cancelled due to a violation of the
Safelists
Rules.
--If you never received your confirmation email or validated your account.
Contact
admin to resend your confirmation email.
I lost my password, what do I do?
You must go to the
Member Login page,
enter your username and click on Lost Password.
You will then be taken
to a page where you will see a message "Your password has been sent
successfully to your contact email address on file (???@XXXXXXX.com).
You will immediately receive an email to your contact email
address containing your password.

How do I contact the safelist administrator?
You may
click the
Contact
admin option on top or click the SUPPORT button once you
log into your account.
How do I cancel my membership?
You may cancel anytime.
You have to login and delete your safelist account.
This is the only way to be removed!

Click on EDIT Account. At the bottom of the page, Simply check
off "I WANT TO UNSUBSCRIBE/DELETE MY ACCOUNT", and press on
'Update Account' button.
How do I send my ad to other members?
When you are in the members area. You will see a form with:
From: (Your email address)
Subject: (this where you enter your Subject line)
Message: (This is where you enter your message or ad)
After you have entered all your info, then click the Send Button.
Please note: You may select to either send in HTML or TEXT format.
If you are not familiar with HTML, just send in Plain Text. The
default setting is HTML.
Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes. You earn points by
referring other members to the Canadian Business Safelist. Free
members earn 1000 points, PRO members earn 2000 points,
whereas Platinum members earn 5000 points.
Promotional banners are available in your member area by clicking on
the BANNERS/LINKS button. You can also monitor your earnings by
clicking on the EARNINGS INFO button.
